Refund and Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any reason except in the limited cases outlined below.

Due to the nature of our products—including mystery/surprise bundles (where contents are intentionally not fully detailed) and curated/listed bundles—we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because:

  • You dislike the contents, theme, items received, perceived value, or surprise element
  • The items do not match personal preferences, style, or expectations
  • You change your mind after purchase

Exceptions

Exceptions (required remedies for qualifying issues):

We will address the following issues at our sole discretion, which may include repair, replacement, partial refund, store credit, or (rarely) full refund:

  • Significant damage during shipping or material defects that render items unusable (report using Contact Form within 7 days of delivery – we may request photos)
  • Non-delivery of the order (we will investigate tracking and coordinate with the carrier; contact us if no updates after estimated delivery window)
  • Items materially not as described in the product listing (e.g., wrong general category for items, or contents that substantially deviate from the listed theme/description for curated bundles)

Exception Qualification

To report any of the above: Use the Contact Form within 7 days of delivery (or estimated delivery for non-delivery) with your order number, and a clear description (we may request photos). We will review and respond promptly.

  • Return shipping (if required for inspection) is your responsibility unless we determine the issue is due to our error.
  • Approved remedies (if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after inspection (where applicable).
  • We do not cover consequential losses, shipping fees (original or return), or other incidental costs.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that our products are sold “as is” and “as described,” subject only to the limited exceptions above and any non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
