We make every effort to ship as fast as possible! Here are a few quick guidelines based on product type:

• Pre-made/Themed Bundles – Items that are in stock and ready to go generally ship out within 1-3 business days.
• Mystery Bundles – These items are custom made to order and require additional processing time. Expect 2-4 business days of processing time before the item ships.
• Mystery Bundles w/ Video – Add an additional 1-3 business days of processing to any bundle that is purchased with a custom video option.

Bark and Bundle Co. currently ships ONLY to addresses in the USA. We ship anywhere in the US for a flat rate fee of $8.99. We utilize various carriers such as USPS, FedEX, and UPS to get your item to you as quickly as possible. You will receive tracking information for your package when your item ships.

Due to the nature of our products—including mystery/surprise bundles (where contents are intentionally not fully detailed) and curated/listed bundles—we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
