2. Eligibility

3. Products and Bundle Descriptions
- We make reasonable efforts to describe Products accurately, including general themes, approximate quantities, condition categories (brand new, vintage, lightly used), and—for Curated/Listed Bundles—an itemized list of what you will receive.
- For Mystery/Surprise Bundles: Exact contents, brands, colors, sizes, specific quantities, or precise value are not guaranteed or itemized in advance. We aim to deliver high-quality, fun, and creative items with a total perceived value at or above the price paid, but variations are inherent to the surprise format.
- Vintage and lightly used items may show natural signs of age, gentle wear, or patina—we describe condition to the best of our ability in listings or photos.
- Pet-themed items are generally decorative, accessory, or light-use only unless explicitly stated as pet-safe toys or functional gear. They are not intended for heavy chewing or unsupervised use by pets unless clearly labeled as such.
- All Products are sold “as described” in the listing at the time of purchase.
4. Orders and Payment
- Orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders (even after confirmation) due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons.
- Prices are in USD and exclude shipping and applicable taxes unless stated.
- Payment is due at checkout via accepted methods displayed.
- Title passes upon full payment; risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs issues (international orders), weather, or force majeure events.
- Provide a correct shipping address—we are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages due to address errors or failure to claim.
- International buyers handle all duties, taxes, and local compliance.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any reason except in the limited cases outlined below.
Due to the nature of our products—including mystery/surprise bundles (where contents are intentionally not fully detailed) and curated/listed bundles—we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because:

Exceptions (required remedies for qualifying issues):
We will address the following issues at our sole discretion, which may include repair, replacement, partial refund, store credit, or (rarely) full refund:
- Significant damage during shipping or material defects that render items unusable (report using Contact Form within 7 days of delivery – we may request photos)
- Non-delivery of the order (we will investigate tracking and coordinate with the carrier; contact us if no updates after estimated delivery window)
- Items materially not as described in the product listing (e.g., wrong general category for items, or contents that substantially deviate from the listed theme/description for curated bundles)
To report any of the above: Use the Contact Form within 7 days of delivery (or estimated delivery for non-delivery) with your order number, and a clear description (we may request photos). We will review and respond promptly.
- Return shipping (if required for inspection) is your responsibility unless we determine the issue is due to our error.
- Approved remedies (if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after inspection (where applicable).
- We do not cover consequential losses, shipping fees (original or return), or other incidental costs.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that our products are sold “as is” and “as described,” subject only to the limited exceptions above and any non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
